This 40.0-acre tract sits in the triangle between Route 171, Little Pond Road, and the Little River. A 300-foot boardwalk takes visitors from Little Pond Road east into the preserve. Parking is available at Little Pond Road, and a kiosk with recent bird sitings and trail maps leads visitors onto the boardwalk. The preserve is part of the Little River Greenway.
